What Our Customers Say
How it works
The people in charge will contact your helper to plan a visit to an agency in Indonesia. They'll need to bring important papers and do a medical check. After everything is checked, and your helper is declared fit to work, the papers will be sent to a Malaysian agency. They will then process the work permit.
The Malaysian agency will get in touch with you. They'll send a list of papers needed and some forms through email. Check and sign the papers, then send them by mail to the address the agency gives you.
Agency will start processing your application at Malaysia Labor Department (JTK) followed by the Indonesian Embassy for the contract and then to the Malaysia immigration.
With the approved calling visa and employment contract, the Indonesia agency will do final processing.
Once your Philippine/ Indonesian maid is at the Malaysia airport, the Malaysia agency will do the clearance, you’d contacted to fetch your maid in the Malaysia agency’s office.
