Once all documents are verified and your helper is issued a fit to work certificate. These documents will be sent to the Malaysian agency’s office for work permit processing.

Step 2

1 week

Employer to prepare and sign documents & application forms

The Malaysian agency will reach out to you. They will send a checklist of documents needed and a set of application forms via email. Review and sign the documents, then send them through a courier to the address provided by the agency.

Step 3

2 weeks

Processing contract and visa

Agency will start processing your application at Malaysia Labor Department (JTK) followed by the Malaysia Immigration, then lastly to the Philippine Embassy in Malaysia for the Philippines Overseas Employment Agency (POEA) contract.

Step 4

2 weeks

Philippine agency to finalize maid deployment

With the approved calling visa and POEA contract, Malaysia agency will courier all documents to the Philippines agency. The Philippines agency will do the final processing for your maid’s deployment.

Step 5

1 day

Airport clearance & maid arrival

Once your maid is at the Malaysia airport, the Malaysia agency will do the clearance and contact you to fetch your maid in the Malaysia agency’s office.
